Student Education Officer

Anne-Maud Dupuy-Roudel

My name is Anne-Maud and I’m originally from France but lived in the UK for a while. I’m currently entering my final year at the University of Veterinary Medicine of Budapest and will study the invasive red eared sliders for my thesis.

I’ve always been interested in zoo and wildlife medicine through my studies, completing placements in zoos and wildlife rehabilitation centres around the world. I only really got involved in the EAZWV community after attending the Summer School in Zurich 2018 – the inspiring talks and helpful mentoring motivated me to get more engaged. After attending the following conferences I got to appreciate the inspirational work done by the former Student Board and I hope to keep up with all their good work.

I look forward to working with all of you and feel free to contact me for any suggestions of questions 😊.
