Are you interested in hosting the ZWHC? Keen to bring hundreds of EAZWV friends over to showcase your institution's work and achievements - or just to network pleasantly with this great community?

We look for:

• a local host institution that is of interest to the EAZWV membership
• a venue that can host 400 delegates (plenary room + poster-exhibit hall)
• suitable accomodation and transportation facilities
• an invested local team to participate in the conference program, particularly in putting together an exciting workshop program

Besides participating in the conference Scientific Program Committee, the local host

• assists EAZWV in identifying potential venues and local providers (catering, accomodation, IT, etc), and in communicating with them
• assists in providing or identifying venues for the conference workshops
  
• engages the collaboration of conference volunteers (usually local veterinary students)
• welcomes the conference delegates to a Saturday afternoon visit where the host can showcase its work and host the conference dinner
